MONDAYS
- 8:30 - 9:00 Senior Cardio - Low impact aerobics (In-person and Zoom)
- 9:00 - 9:30 Senior Strength - Strength training using hand weights, stretching and balance exercises (In-person and Zoom)
- 10:00 - 12:00 Knitting - Learn from other class members (In-Person)
- 10:00-12:00 Oil Painting - Taught by Marilyn Gragg, Instruction fee $20 per month (Summer schedule - Painting for Fun, No Instructor/In-Person)
- 1:30-2:30 "Caroliners" - Advanced line dance - (In-Person)
TUESDAYS
- 10:00-12:00 Senior Crafters - Crafters get together to learn from each other or a guest instructor. (Meets every other week in-person)
- 2:00 - 2:30 Balance Builders (In-Person and Zoom)
WEDNESDAYS
- 8:00-9:00 Yoga - Combines the ancient and highly effective practices of Qigong, meditation, and yoga. All poses will be performed either standing or sitting. Taught by Ellen Crider, Yoga Therapist. (In-person and Zoom)
- 11:00-11:45 Line Dance (In-person)
- 1:00-3:00 Wood Carving - New or experienced carvers welcome
